In compliance with current European and Italian legislation,  Naturalia Sintesi srl  ensures that the protection and the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data are guaranteed.

This privacy statement concerns the processing of personal data of users who browse the website  https://www.naturaliasintesi.com/  (hereinafter, the ” Site “) and on all portals connected to it, accessible both from PC and from mobile devices; we invite you to read it.

While browsing the sections of our Site, which is allowed to any user without the need for registration, we acquire and process the following personal data, for the specific purposes indicated:

On our Site there is a registration area through which it is possible to register in order to access the technical data sheets of our products, as well as to receive our newsletter with important news about our meetings and special promotions, subject to the release of specific and explicit consent of the interested parties.

The processing of personal data will be carried out using IT tools, both automated and non-automated (in this case, through human intervention in the management of IT systems) and through the use of analogue tools (paper management), according to logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing themselves and, in any case, with the support of equipment and with methods that guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.

Cookies.

A ” cookie ” is a small amount of data, often containing an anonymous unique identification code, which is sent to the user’s browser from a Web server and which are subsequently stored on the hard drive of the visitor’s computer.

The subjects who may become aware of personal data are our employees and collaborators, who deal with the administrative management of the Web page and relations with users. If necessary, where we have the obligation to report a crime or in any case the need to pursue our legitimate interest in exercising or defending a right in court, user data could be communicated to the judicial authority or police forces.

Except for the cases indicated above, personal data will not be disclosed to third parties outside the European Union and / or disseminated in any way.

The Regulation confers on the interested party the exercise of specific rights, including those of obtaining from the Data Controller confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and their communication in an intelligible form; to have knowledge of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods on which the treatment is based and of the logic applied to the cases of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic tools; to obtain, if the legal conditions are met and according to the procedures provided for by the Regulations, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as updating, rectification or, if there is interest , the integration of the same; to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data,to request the limitation of processing and to exercise the right to portability. You also have the right, if it considers that the processing of its data is carried out in violation of the provisions of the Regulation, without prejudice to the right to contact the competent civil or administrative judicial authorities, to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data, as far as it is concerned.
